How do I find an asset for my project?
Search for a subject or browse the available asset types and collections. Use the filters to narrow the results, then open an asset to check its preview, file details and available license options.
What files are included in a download?
Check the individual asset page for its format, dimensions, variations and included files. A preview shows the design or subject; it does not mean every format, font or pictured item is included.
How do I choose a license?
Review the license options on the asset page and read the License Agreement before downloading or purchasing. Choose an option that covers your intended use. If the permitted use is unclear, contact [email protected] with the asset link and a description of your project.
Where can I find my orders and downloads?
Sign in to the account used for the purchase or download. Open your account sections for orders, downloads and purchased licenses. Use the same sign-in method you used when placing the order.
What should I do if payment or download access is not showing?
Check your order status first. If a payment was taken but the order is not marked paid, or an available download fails, contact [email protected] with the order reference and asset link. Do not send your password, full card number or card security code, and avoid paying again while the first payment is being checked.
How do I submit my own creative work?
Open the contributor portal, review the submission requirements and create or sign in to your contributor account. Submit only work you have the rights to share. Add accurate file information and previews, then follow the submission status and any review feedback in the portal.
How can I report a problem with an asset?
Use the report option on the asset page when it is available, or email [email protected] with the asset link and a clear description of the problem. For a rights concern, explain your relationship to the work and provide information that helps the team investigate.
