Use assets in defamatory, pornographic, hateful, violent, fraudulent, political manipulation, illegal, or harmful content.

Use assets for fake documents, misleading advertisements, scams, counterfeit products, or deceptive campaigns.

Use assets in products where the asset itself is the main value being sold, unless the applicable license clearly allows it.

Upload downloaded assets to AI training datasets, machine learning datasets, scraping systems, or automated content generation systems unless expressly permitted in writing.

Remove copyright notices, watermarks, metadata, or ownership information from assets where such information is included.

Circumvent download limits, licensing systems, watermarking, payment gateways, or website protection features.

8. Use in Products for Sale

You may use ASR Stock assets in products for sale only when the asset is part of a larger, original, value-added design.

For example, you may use an illustration inside a custom poster design, advertisement, social media template, brochure, packaging concept, or client project.

You may not simply download an asset and resell it as:

A standalone PNG, vector, image, video, icon, sound, or template.

A competing stock asset.

A digital bundle where the ASR Stock asset is the main value.

A print-on-demand item where the asset is the primary design without meaningful modification.

A template, mockup, or design file that allows others to extract and reuse the asset as a standalone file.

9. Editorial, Sensitive, or Restricted Content

12. Contributor License Grant to ASR Stock

By uploading content to ASR Stock, contributors grant ASR Stock a worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-bearing or royalty-free license, depending on the contributor program terms, to host, store, reproduce, display, market, promote, distribute, sell, license, modify for technical purposes, and make the content available to users.

This license allows ASR Stock to operate the marketplace, promote contributor content, generate previews, create thumbnails, protect files with watermarks, deliver downloads, and process customer purchases.

Contributors retain ownership of their submitted content unless otherwise agreed in a separate written agreement.
